Mixing your own aromatherapy oils is easy!
Simply mix a few drops of your favourite aromatherapy oil with half a cup of a carrier oil.
Massage the oil very gently into your scalp, right through to the hair ends, then wrap your hair in a warm towel and relax with your feet up.
