Getting Started with Aromatherapy for Hair Loss

Aromatherapy for hair loss is well worth trying out if you're pregnant, planning your wedding and your hair is faling out! A soothing aromatherapy scalp massage every couple of weeks can help you feel good and it will keep your hair and scalp in great condition. Aromatherapy is the ultimate relaxing experience, combining the soothing effects of touch and smell.
Aromatherapy is quick and easy to do PLUS it's a super-cheap home remedy that you can schedule in around all your wedding preparations!
Mixing your own aromatherapy oils is easy!
Simply mix a few drops of your favourite aromatherapy oil with half a cup of a carrier oil.
Massage the oil very gently into your scalp, right through to the hair ends, then wrap your hair in a warm towel and relax with your feet up.
And, as every opportunity to relax with your feet up is very beneficial for pregnant women you don't need to feel guilty ... go ahead and indulge!
Aromatherapy Oils and Pregnancy
These aromatherapy oils are generally considered to be safe to use during pregnancy, however, it's always worth checking with your doctor / midwife if there are any reasons why you should avoid them!

Ylang Ylang Excellent for hair rinses. Sweet soft floral, slightly spicy fragrance.
My favorite aromatherapy oil is lavender ... just before bed ... it always helps me sleep like a baby! My husband too (but he would never admit it!)
The best 'side-effect' of trying out aromatherapy for hair loss is that you will feel very relaxed during and after your treatment ... which is perfect preparation for your maternity wedding day!
