Pregnant Ashlee Simpson and Fall Out Boy bassist Pete Wentz had a non denominational 'Alice-in-Wonderland' theme wedding with 150 guests in the backyard of her parents' Encino, California home, when she was pregnant with their first son, Bronx Mowgli Wentz (born November 20, 2008).

Ashlee's dad, Joe Simpson presided and big sister, Jessica Simpson, was Ashlee's bridesmaid, in a stunning black Vera Wang gown.

Simpson, 23, wore an ivory lace Monique Lhuillier dress and a diamond necklace with matching earrings.

Wentz, 28, wore a classic Dior Homme tuxedo.

The happy couple's fun side shone through, with Wentz's English bulldog, Hemingway, serving as the ringbearer, and the reception featuring a fabulous Alice-in-Wonderland-inspired cake complete with a top hat, teapot, stopwatch and a pot of flowers on top.

And the ultimate celebrity touch? It's estimated that 10,000 black beauty roses were used in the decorations!

Although they sold their wedding pictures to People magazine for a reported 1 million dollars, pregnant celebrities Simpson and Wentz opted for an intimate, inexpensive honeymoon ... in the basement of their own Los Angeles home!

Some of the celebrity guests who helped the couple to celebrate their wedding included Nicole Richie and Joel Madden; Donald Faison (Scrubs) and his girlfriend Cacee Cobb;

In February, 2011, Simpson filed for divorce from Pete Wentz, citing irreconcilable differences.
