Christmas maternity bride on a budget

We got married on Christmas Eve 5 years ago - just 2 weeks before our son was born so I was heavily pregnant!

I wore a fantastic burgundy panne velvet dress that literally clung to me - I loved it. It had a cowl neckline and thin straps and a large split up the back. I also wore burgundy high heels. The best part was the price of my dress - I paid only £8 for the dress (in the sale),my shoes were close to £30 - so was the cream shrug I wore - so I was a real budget bride!

We got married at our local register office - my only regret is that we trusted a friend to take our pictures and they didn't come out!
