Church weddding and already pregnant

Help! I'm having a church wedding and already pregnant. I'm panicking a bit about what to do.

Our wedding has been booked for more than a year and my family have spent so much money already - I really don't want to change anything. They don't know yet about the baby.

Do I have to tell the vicar that we're going to be having a baby and that I'll now be a rather pregnant bride? How does this change things?

Both of us have guests coming from overseas and pretty conservative families, so a non church wedding would really upset them...
