Make sure that you follow a healthy diet to encourage hair growth.

Iron is essential for the healthy growth of your skin, hair and nails ... it's found in - red meats;
- fish;
- poultry;
- lentils;
- beans and tofu.
It's also vital to make sure you're getting enough protein ... found in meat, fish and nuts
Focus on eating well ... a good balanced diet with lots of fresh fruit and vegetables ... and at least 8 glasses of water a day. Over a period of months, your problems with hair loss after pregnancy should disappear!
