Help with Maternity Wedding Dress sizing

I'll be an 8 months pregnant bride, in August, and I want to order my maternity wedding dress now. Only thing is, I'm confused about what size to order as I see to be getting so big already!

Do you all have any tips for ordering maternity wedding dresses? So confused now - I really don't know what to do!!

I have fallen in love with this dress from Isabella Oliver

Should I buy a bigger size and then have it altered? My whole shape as changed so much I admit I don't have a clue what size to get! Any suggestions would be welcome - I'm starting to panic now!

Hi Denise and thanks for your question about maternity wedding dress sizes.

This is a regular challenge for pregnant brides.

I always recommend you buy from a specialised maternity wedding dress designer, as these dresses are designed to fit your pre-pregnancy size.

If in doubt, I recommend you select one size up, or the bigger of two sizes, as you can always have a gown taken in, but your options are much more limited if you want one let out!

As the gown you have chosen is from Isabella Oliver I can't see that you will have any problems, as they have a great online size guide which is really helpful.
