Help with Maternity Wedding Dress sizing

I'll be an 8 months pregnant bride, in August, and I want to order my maternity wedding dress now. Only thing is, I'm confused about what size to order as I seem to be getting so big already!
Do you all have any tips for ordering maternity wedding dresses? So confused now - I really don't know what to do!!
I have fallen in love with the Chloe dress from Tiffany Rose, but don't know which size to order?
Should I buy a bigger size and then have it altered? My whole shape as changed so much I admit I don't have a clue what size to get! Any suggestions would be welcome - I'm starting to panic now!
