Maternity Bra Size Guide Step 2: Find your band size
Breathe out! You want the measurement here to be as small as possible, so your bra fits comfortably.
- Measure directly under your bust, keeping your tape measure parallel to the floor.
- Round your measurement to the nearest whole inch.
- For an even number, add 4 to gain your band size. (e.g. measurement = 32 + 4 = band size 36)
- For an odd number, add 5 to find your band size. (e.g. measurement of 33 + 5 = band size 38
Bra size guide Step 3: Find your bust size
 - Ensure the tape measure just touches, but is not too tight or too loose.
- Round your measurement up or down to the nearest whole inch.
- Subtract your band size from your bust size measurement to find your cup size from the cup size table below.
(e.g. cup size measurement = 40, band size = 36, difference = 4. This would give cup size D)

What's the difference between maternity bras and nursing bras?
Nursing bras don't have to be ugly any more!
It's easy to get confused about what the difference is between maternity bras and nursing bras !
This maternity bra size guide wouldn't be complete without letting you know which is which and when you might want to wear either one of them.
Maternity Bras
A maternity bra is the one you'll wear during your pregnancy (and afterwards too if you are not planning to breastfeed.) These bras are very supportive with stretchy cups to allow for your growing breasts.
Nursing Bras
A nursing bra is the one you'll need after childbirth, when you plan to breastfeed.
The cups usually drop down from a clip to expose one breast at a time and allow feeding. Nursing bras are usually seamless, cotton and very supportive.
