1. Measure directly under your bust, keeping your tape measure parallel to the floor.
2. Round your measurement to the nearest whole inch.
3. For an even number, add 4 to gain your band size. (e.g. measurement = 32 + 4 = band size 36)
4. For an odd number, add 5 to find your band size. (e.g. measurement of 33 + 5 = band size 38

1. Round your measurement up or down to the nearest whole inch.



2. Subtract your band size from your bust size measurement to find your cup size from the cup size table below.
   
   (e.g. cup size measurement = 40, band size = 36, difference = 4. This would give cup size D)
