I think that McCalls 3954 and 5806 are beautiful patterns for maternity bridesmaid dresses ... well-suited for the bride wanting her pregnant bridesmaid to wear a more traditional style dress.

McCalls 3954 will work for the more modest pregnant bridesmaid, wanting a pretty sleeve option.
