    Coffee and caffeinated teas can taste horrid during pregnancy ... try herbal teas, green teas or teas designed for pregnancy instead

    Keep lots of little nibbles to hand so you never feel empty ... try whatever works for you ... mints, Preggie Pop Drops, fresh or dried fruit.

    Icy cold water will make your mouth feel fresh and so will mints! When you're feeling really queasy ... make sure you just take tiny sips of water!
