Travel by train in 3rd trimester
by: Coralie

400km is a long and very tiring journey for a pregnant woman to undertake, especially in the 35th week of pregnancy.

At this late stage in a pregnancy, I believe it's better to stay close to home and your medical care-giver, as babies are well known for their unpredictable arrival dates!

Before any long journey of this nature, so late in a pregnancy, you must talk your plans through with your doctor. If your travel is absolutely essential, you can discuss how to make the whole experience as safe as possible for you and for your baby.

Do read my pregnancy travel tips for more help ... and have a fabulous, safe pregnancy.
